General Makina produces general purpose conveyor belts box profile cage folded chassis sheets. Our conveyor belts are popular among customers for their quality and reliability. We produce belts in widths of 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 or 1200 mm and in lengths desired by the client. For conveyor belts, shaft-mounted gearboxes are used, as well as electric motors on separate chassis.

Technical characteristics of conveyor belt elements:
Drums. The connected drum shafts have a conical taper. The initial drum is covered with vulcanized rubber.
Rolls. Carrier rolls are installed with a distance of a maximum of 1 m, return rolls – a maximum of 3 meters. The roll diameter is ø 76 mm. Welded with main pipes. In the loading department, they are protected by rubber bearings.
Rubber tape. The rubber of the belt is made from original tire cord material. The additional materials are vulcanized and made from EP polyurethane resin material.
Durability of rubber EP 100 (4-layer). Under the impact crusher, 4 layers of EP 125 rubber belt are used.
Conveyor chassis. The chassis is bent. Profile thickness 600-900 mm, frame conveyors 4 mm, 1000-1200 mm – 5 mm.
Drive unit. Standard motors used by General Makina are Gamak, Emtaş, Abana or İnter. Gearboxes brand Polat or Ege. If necessary, it is possible to block the reverse motion of the gearbox.
