Mesh vibrating screens

General Makina produces two types of mesh vibrating screens. The first type is used to separate raw materials through a by-pass system (type G); the second type is used for installation before the secondary crusher (type M).
The first type of mesh vibrating screens is installed between the feeder and the primary crusher, the second type is installed between the feeder and the secondary crusher to sort the initial raw materials and remove unnecessary raw materials by the by-pass system. The second type of vibrating screens has 2 vibration motors, the first type has 1 electric motor. Due to special bearings, the weight of the raw material falls simultaneously on both camshafts and creates circular vibration.
Mesh vibrating screens are manufactured with high content of manganese alloy and steel. Depending on the size of the raw material, the size of the gratings can be easily adjusted.
