Cascade vibrating screen with top control

This type of sieve is produced in 3 stages. Due to the large slope at the rear stage, the feed rate of raw materials is high. The high feed speed allows the raw material to come into complete contact with the sieve grid. Fine raw materials are easily sifted at this stage. At the middle stage the slope is the same as on any standard vibrating screen. The front stage has a smaller slope, so at this stage the raw materials are sifted more slowly. Due to these 3 stages, the productivity of this vibrating sieve is 30% greater compared to vibrating sieves of the same size.
