The GENERAL 640 mobile crushing plant has a minimum capacity of 60 tons per hour and a maximum capacity of 100 tons of crushed stone. The main reason for its relatively low power compared to other mobile units is its closed-loop operating system, which effectively breaks down hard mineral materials.
This plant uses GNRK 60 series jaw crushers as the primary crusher and a specially designed impact crusher as the secondary crusher. The General 640 is designed to crush high hardness stone and mineral materials to the required size and is ideal for stone screening projects of varying budgets.

Feeding system
Thanks to the new design adapted for mobile systems, installation and use are quite simple. Additionally, it shares the same signature design as stationary feeders to withstand harsh construction site conditions. With the help of a bypass grid, the Tween is able to separate the soil inside. It is used to feed all mineral stone materials of different hardness and recycling materials into the crusher.
