These power plants, which you can choose for your construction, road and construction projects with short-term or narrow work space, can be used in multiple projects due to their mobile and compact design.
The resulting ready-mixed concrete is loaded directly into the transmixer or quickly through a conveyor belt system without being exposed to external conditions.
The ISO 9001 and CE certified mobile concrete batching plants are equipped with steel structure mobile chassis, mobile aggregate hopper, mobile conveyor belt, weighing, safety and control units with foreign transportation standards. It also has cement spiral, cement silo and pan according to the capacity, single spindle (single shaft) or double spindle concrete mixer.
The general machine has a wide range of production in capacities of 30 m3/h, 60 m3/h, 90 m3/h, 100 m3/h, 120 m3/h and 150 m3/h, where you can produce ready-mixed concrete according to your needs.
A fully automatic PLC control cabinet for the power plant operator is included in the mobile platform.
It comes with a 1-year warranty, excluding wear parts and user error.
It comes with the required operating and maintenance training for local personnel and provides a minimum of 10 years of spare parts support.
