Used to turn various types of raw materials into sand. The internal surface of crushers is made of manganese. In order to obtain the material of the desired size, the impact rolls of the installation can be either straight or corrugated.
For crushing thin material, straight rolls are used; for medium-hard material, one straight and one corrugated roll; for hard material, two corrugated rolls. In order to prevent iron fragments from entering the feeder, the crushers are equipped with a hydropneumatic protection system.
These crushers are mainly used for crushing glass, fertilizers, salt, limestone, soft ores, industrial minerals and other fragile materials.
