4. Plugins and tools

4.1 YouTube

Our website uses plug-ins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The site is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Further information on how user data is handled can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy .

4.2 Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. This tells Google that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.
For more information about Google Web Fonts, visit developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google’s privacy policy: www.google.com/policies/privacy/ .

4.3 Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

We use Google Maps in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offerings and to make the locations we specify on the website easy to find. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

You can find more information about how user data is handled in Google’s privacy policy: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ .

4.3 Facebook

Our web pages contain posts from the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) via Iframe using Facebook plug-ins. You can recognise the Facebook plug-in by the Facebook logo or “Like button” on our page. You can find an overview of Facebook plug-ins here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ .

When you visit our web pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the iframe or plug-in. Facebook therefore receives the information that you have visited our page using your IP address. If you click on links in posts while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Facebook. Further information on this can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy at http://www.facebook.com/policy.php
If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

4.4. WhatsApp

If you have consented, we will process your provided or available personal data (e.g. name, telephone number, e-mail address, messenger ID, profile picture, messages) for communication regarding the preparation and execution of any orders as well as for sending promotional information (e.g. offers, newsletters) using the instant messaging service “WhatsApp” of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

An existing messaging account is required to use this service. Please note that WhatsApp Ireland Limited may also pass on personal data (in particular communication metadata) to WhatsApp Inc., which may also be processed on servers in countries outside the EU (e.g. USA) where there is no adequate level of data protection. WhatsApp may pass this data on to other companies within and outside the Facebook group of companies.

Further information can be found in the privacy policy of WhatsApp Business ( https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-policy/ ) and WhatsApp ( https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy ). We have neither precise knowledge of nor influence on the data processing by WhatsApp Ireland Limited or WhatsApp Inc., which is responsible for data protection in this respect. In addition to the recipients specifically named above, we use the help of other service providers to fulfill our obligations.

We would like to point out that you can revoke your consent once given at any time for the future without giving reasons by informing us of your revocation via Whatsapp with a message with the note REVOCATION or by e-mail to the e-mail address stated in this data protection declaration or in our imprint for the corresponding processing of your personal data.

The above-mentioned data will be deleted by us in accordance with legal requirements as soon as the consent to processing them is revoked or if the purpose of processing these data no longer applies or they are no longer required for the purpose.

If the data is not deleted because it is required for other legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted to these purposes. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax law reasons or whose storage is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person.
